Why I built it
An agent often needs a decision from a person before it can do useful work. A browser questionnaire makes that exchange available outside a particular chat app, while returning the answers in a form the agent can work with.
The product
An agent creates a questionnaire and receives a link. The person opens it, answers and submits; the agent gets structured JSON back. The person answering does not need to sign in.
How it’s built
Next.js, React and TypeScript power the site and HTTP API. The MCP server exposes questionnaire creation and retrieval to agents, with Zod validating inputs. Redis persists sessions, and Cloudflare R2 supports file attachments.
