I have over 30 years of experience building software, alongside hands-on experience founding, running, growing and selling a business. I founded and built SCR Tracker, grew it to US$1M ARR in three years and led its successful exit. I now work on CalmCompliance and other ventures, using AI and coding agents to build more while staying responsible for architecture, security, infrastructure and delivery.
