## The product

Premises, risk, maintenance, training and incidents belong to the same working environment. CalmCompliance brings them together so teams can manage the work and keep a record of what has been done.

## From a blank sheet to production

I built the product from scratch, taking responsibility for its design, engineering and the systems behind it. That includes the permissions, data and operational decisions that make a multi-tenant product work.

## AI with a useful job

AI features help people complete work inside the platform, from documents to operational tasks. The point is to make the process easier while keeping the surrounding product dependable.

## Technology stack

- **React · TypeScript**: The compliance application and its workflows.
- **TanStack Start**: The web application framework.
- **OpenRouter**: Model access for applied AI features.
